MSIG E-Referral

MSG E-referral App is designed to issue referral coupons to women and adolescents contacted by field mobilisers or agent to enable them access Family Planning services, treatment for Sexually Transmitted Diseases and Counselling for pregnancy management options. Effectively targeted vouchers empower clients and can help to increase the use of health services and address the high unmet need for contraceptives.

Users: CMAs, Referral Agents, Call Centre, Facility (Centres, Outreach, Bluestar, MS Ladies) who would need access from the Marie Stopes Ghana Marketing Team in order to have log into the App. This application is not for public use.

Clients are given a voucher free of charge. Randomly assigned voucher codes are sent directly to the client’s mobile phone. Women who redeemed a voucher at one of the health facilities of Marie Stopes Ghana and receives a free counselling session on all contraceptive methods to ensure they are making a voluntary and well-informed choice.
